Custom software · Built for small business

Software built around the way your business actually works.

We build custom, web-based systems that automate the work your team does by hand — booking, inventory, payroll, sales, staff and reporting — in one place, at a price that makes sense for a small business.

1

System, not ten tools

01 — The problem

Most small businesses are held together by tools that don’t fit.

If any of this sounds like your week, the software is costing you more than it saves.

01

Enterprise software is priced for enterprises

ERP platforms, POS suites and payroll systems are built and priced for large corporations. Most small businesses simply cannot justify them.

02

Ten tools that don’t talk to each other

Bookings in one app, payroll in another, stock in a spreadsheet. Nothing syncs, numbers disagree, and someone re-types the same data three times.

03

Manual work quietly caps your growth

Manual tracking and ageing software slow everything down, and you only find out how the month really went once it is already over.

What you get instead

One web-based system, built for your business, that puts the operations you run every day in a single place — and that you reach from any device, without installing anything.

How we build it

Affordable

Priced for small businesses, not for corporate procurement departments.

Custom

Matched to how you already work, instead of forcing your team into someone else’s process.

Simple

Designed for non-technical staff. If it needs a manual to use, we built it wrong.

Cloud-based

Works from the shop floor, the office or your phone. Nothing to install.

02 — What we build

Pick the parts you need. Add more as you grow.

Every system is assembled from the modules your business actually uses — you are never paying for features you will not touch.

03 — AI, built in

An assistant that knows your business, not the internet’s.

Every system we build can ship with AI wired into your own data — included as part of the build, not sold as a separate subscription.

Available in every system

Software that works alongside your team

Not a chatbot bolted onto a website. AI doing the repetitive reading, writing and watching that eats a small team’s day.

  • Ask your business a question“How did sales do last week against the week before?” — answered from live data, in plain language.
  • Read documents for youInvoices, receipts, IDs and forms scanned and entered automatically; your staff only check the exceptions.
  • Answer customers 24/7Bookings, prices and FAQs handled on your site, Messenger or WhatsApp, handing off to a person when it matters.
  • See problems earlyUnusual expenses, shrinking stock, a missed payroll input — flagged before month-end, not after.
  • Forecast and reorderRestock suggestions and demand forecasts built from your own sales history.
  • Write the routineQuotations, follow-ups and reminders drafted in your tone, ready for you to send.

04 — Who we build for

Businesses small enough to care about every wasted hour.

We work with owner-run and small-team businesses. If your operation is here, we have probably built something close to it before.

Service businesses

Salons, clinics and repair services — bookings, staff and customer records in one place.

Restaurants & cafés

Orders, reservations, shifts and stock without three separate apps.

Retail stores

POS, inventory and sales reporting that agree with each other.

Small logistics

Jobs, deliveries and fleet visibility from dispatch to proof of delivery.

Rental companies

Reservations, availability and asset condition tracked in one calendar.

05 — How it works

Five steps from first call to a system your team uses daily.

Roughly three months end to end for a typical build. You see working software long before the end of it.

Step 01 · Free

Discovery call

We walk through how your business runs today, where the time goes, and what a fixed version would look like. No cost and no obligation.

Step 02 · Week 1–2

Scope & fixed quote

You get a written scope: the exact modules, the screens, the timeline and one fixed price. Nothing starts until you approve it.

Step 03 · ~3 months

Build, with you in the loop

We build in stages and show you working screens as they land, so corrections happen while they are still cheap — not at handover.

Step 04 · Launch week

Launch & train your staff

We move your existing data in, set up accounts and roles, and train the people who will actually use it until they are comfortable.

Step 05 · Ongoing

Support & improvement

Hosting, monitoring, fixes and adjustments under a monthly plan — so the system keeps pace with the business instead of ageing out.

What you can expect

  • A fixed price agreed before any work starts — no hourly meter running.
  • A named point of contact, not a ticket queue.
  • Working screens to review throughout the build, not one reveal at the end.
  • Your data migrated from whatever you use today, wherever it is possible.
  • Staff training included in the launch, not billed as an extra.
  • A system you can keep growing — new modules added as the business changes.

Why businesses choose us

  • We already run systems for paying clients — this is not a first attempt.
  • A complete team: backend, frontend, QA and project management.
  • Far below enterprise pricing, for software fitted to you rather than to an industry average.
  • Faster to launch than a large enterprise rollout, and built by the people you actually talk to.

06 — Pricing

One build fee. Then a support plan that keeps it running.

Prices in USD. The build is quoted and fixed up front; support is month to month once you are live.

Custom system development

Starts at

$12,000

per project · fixed price, agreed before we start

The final figure depends on the modules you need and how much of your workflow the system covers. You get one written quote after the scoping step — it does not move unless you change the scope.

Payment structure

20% on signing80% on completion (~3 months)

Most of what you pay is due only once the system is finished and working — the majority of the risk stays with us, not you.

07 — Questions

The things owners always ask first.

How long does a system take to build?

About three months for a typical build, from the approved scope to launch. Smaller systems land sooner, and a large multi-branch operation can run longer — the scoping step gives you a real date before you commit to anything.

Do I own the system once it is built?

Yes. The system is built for your business and is yours. The support plan covers hosting, monitoring and ongoing work — it is not a licence you have to keep paying to be allowed to use your own software.

What if I need changes after launch?

Small adjustments are part of the monthly support plan. Anything larger — a new module, a second branch, a redesigned workflow — is quoted separately, as its own small project, at the same fixed-price-before-work terms.

Can you move the data we already have?

Usually, yes. Spreadsheets, exports from your current POS or accounting tool, even long-running paper records — we migrate what can be migrated as part of the launch, and tell you honestly where something cannot be brought across cleanly.

Is the monthly support plan required?

A plan is how hosting, security updates and fixes stay covered, so we strongly recommend starting on one. Basic exists precisely so that a small business is never forced into a tier it does not need.

Is the AI assistant an extra cost?

The AI features are part of the system we build for you, quoted inside the project price. What varies is scale: heavy document processing or high-volume customer chat carries a running usage cost, and we set that out plainly in the quote rather than letting it surprise you later.

We are not a tech company. Will our staff manage it?

That is the point of building it around your existing workflow. The screens follow the steps your team already takes, training is part of the launch, and support is there for the moments when something is unclear.

08 — Get started

Start with a conversation, not a contract.

Tell us how your business runs today and where the time goes. We will tell you honestly what is worth automating, what is not, and roughly what it would cost — before you spend anything. The first call is free.
